- Direct debit: Simply by letting us have the billing details, we will contact the company providing the service to arrange for them to send the bills on a regular basis to Bankinter.

2. Financing your home in Spain – Bankinter offers you the Mortgage best tailored to your personal circunstances. The property itself serves as guarantee, and according to your needs we will find just the right financing, in terms of the amount and period, to enable you to buy your home.
Mortgages are usually taken out at a variable interest rate, benchmarked to the Euribor, although other methods are possible.

* If the property is classified as "Rústica" the maximum loan to value cannot be more than 50% and the maximum term cannot exceed 15 years.

- If you are an employer or self-employed, you must provide us with your tax-return and annual accounts for the last two fiscal years.

Home insurance. To cover any damage to your home, with the option of taking out cover for both the Home and the Contents.
